Terms and Conditions

Your use of this website and the services provided by Technology Cycle Corporation are governed by the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Customer Order Form, as applicable. These documents govern:

• Your responsibilities for payment and account status.
• Our service delivery and limitations.
• Dispute resolution and governing law.
• Any additional terms incorporated by reference in your MSA or order forms.

Key Terms:

• Payment Terms: Payment is due by the 25th of each month. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
• Payment Methods: ACH and check are preferred. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3% processing fee.
• Disputes: Any billing discrepancies must be reported in writing within 5 business days of invoice receipt.
• Taxes and Fees: All applicable taxes, fees, and regulatory charges required by federal, state, and local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
• Service Terms: All services are subject to the MSA and applicable Customer Order Forms.
